1.         Diet too tight

Diets that are too tight are not good for the health of your body. You will fall sick or become thin and you look not fresh or lethargic.




2.         Do not eat at all

As well as a strict diet, diet by not eating at all is a big mistake. Diet means to manage your dietary habit, not completely consumed any food.




3.         Increase your intake of protein

Diet by increasing the intake of protein in your body is also not good. Protein is good and healthy, but consumed in excess while being on a diet is certainly not good. Avoid eating foods that contain proteins simultaneously, such as soy and milk. 


 
 
4.         Combining many diet programs

Lately a lot of diets that can be done. However, you can simply choose one of them and fit for your body. Do not do more than one diet program without consulting a nutritionist. It would only mess up your diet plan.



 

5.         Depending on dietary supplements

As I was on a diet, it is usually recommended that you take dietary supplements to prevent hunger that often comes when you're on a diet. This supplement is only as an option, but you should not rely on dietary supplements. Food remains a source of energy directly.
