PROPER NUTRITION FOR PEOPLE LIVING WITH HIV



HIV disease in the modern doesn’t found a cure yet, and therefore many patients seek alternative treatments.
But people should living with HIV must be clever to choose and sort of alternative treatment methods in accordance with Shari'a HIV treatment that improve digestion, increase endurance, excrete the virus from the body, and treatment of opportunistic infections.

Besides, HIV-positive need to get the vitamins and minerals needed by the body to help boost his immune system. Here are the vitamins needed and sources of foods containing these vitamins: 

Vitamin A and beta-carotene: dark green, yellow, orange vegetables, or red and fruit, liver, whole eggs, milk
 
Vitamin B: meat, fish, chicken, whole grains, beans, white beans, avocado, broccoli, and green leafy vegetables  

Vitamin C: citrus fruits  

Vitamin E: green leafy vegetables, nuts, and vegetable oils

 Selenium: grains, legumes, poultry, fish, eggs, and peanut butter  

Zinc: dairy products meat, poultry, fish, beans, nuts, and milk, and more
