Loving ramen noodles? instant noodles? Watch this !!!

Do you love ramen noodles? instant ramen? or dry ramen noodles? I love it too !!! Moreover when we are in pinch and don’t have any choices in breakfast, lunch or dinner. We will look for this top ramen noodles.


Even though this ramen noodles are inexpensive meal, they're not exactly a good food, Just like any other instant food, they can be full of salt and other ingredients that have been linked to various medical problems and conditions. 
I am the big fans of ramen noodles, especially dry ramen noodles, and now I know the risk of noodles ramen, I keep ramen noodles away.

Ramen noodles are different, they digest slower than other food. You can see the video below, the noodles sitting in stomach after being consumed. To break down the noodles, digestive system work overtime, and that’s the problem!


 

Tertiary Butylhydroquinone (TBHQ) is an anti oxidant that extends the shelf life of products. that is the one of dangerous additives for our lovely tummy. So, don’t eat such a thing that extend their life but extend our life !!!


Cosmetics, perfumes, and pesticides are the things that TBHQ usually found.  FDA said that we should not allow TBHQ to exceed 0.02 percent of our total oil and fats consumption and the codex commission says that up to 400 mg per day is acceptable. So, think first before eating !!!  
 

 “A Consumer’s Dictionary of Food Additives" states five grams of TBHG are deadly. You will get nausea, delirium, fatigue, and even collapse of a single gram TBHQ. Wow! You wanna eat meal or “ill”!!! 
 
If women eat ramen noodles every day, they may increase the risk for metabolic syndrome. In a study, women that ate ramen noodles at least twice a week were 68 percent more likely to increase the syndrome, and can include elevated blood pressure, blood sugar, and fasting triglycerides and low level of good cholesterol. Love your life girls!!!





If you had three or more symptoms of metabolic syndrome, your chance is higher of developing diabetes and cardiovascular disease. So stop eating noodles ramen!!!


MSG is an amino acid that can overexcite your nerve cells to the point of brain damage and increase your risks of developing Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). OMG!!! I dig my own grave!!!


Additionally, MSG is also used to fatten up mice for field studies. I'm not a rat lab man!!!



Now you have known the real fact of instant noodles, ramen noodles, top noodles etc, is that a good food or bad food?
